Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM CST to begin processing the same day. Processing time may take 7–10 business days. Holiday processing times may vary. Please contact customer service for updated timelines.

Delivery times within the contiguous United States typically range from 5–7 business days, depending on destination.

In most cases, we offer discounted flat shipping rates based on item size, weight, and destination.

Disclaimer: Some orders may ship without an outer brown box and may arrive in the product’s original packaging.

United States territories
Addresses outside of the United States

LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Hollywood-Vanity LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is missing:

Check with household members and neighbors
Contact your local carrier office
Contact us for assistance filing a claim (if eligible)

Please note:
We can only proceed with a replacement or refund if and when the carrier claim is approved. This is subject to the carrier’s investigation timeline and decision.

FREE SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS

Free shipping does not apply to freight shipments or oversized items.

Valid only for addresses within the contiguous United States. Excludes PO Boxes, U.S. territories, and international destinations.

OVERSIZED ITEMS & FREIGHT DELIVERY

Important Notice: Products requiring Residential Curbside Delivery (Freight Service) may experience delays.

Oversized items are not eligible to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Large or heavy items may ship via freight carrier by pallet. If unsure whether your item ships freight, please contact us before placing your order.

Freight shipping may include:

Self-service CURBSIDE delivery only
No liftgate (in some cases)
Customer assistance required to unload
Processing time up to 7–10 business days for freight orders

Freight trucks are often large tractor trailers. If your delivery address is inaccessible due to narrow or restricted roads, delivery may need to be arranged at the nearest main road. Additional fees may apply for special accommodations.

Refusal of freight delivery due to accessibility issues is subject to our standard return policy.

Freight carriers are not full-service movers. They:

Do not bring merchandise inside the residence
Do not unpack merchandise
Do not remove packaging or pallets

Customers are responsible for disposal of packaging materials and pallets.

FREIGHT FORWARDERS & HAND-CARRY EXPORTS

If you use a freight forwarder or hand-carry items internationally:

Hollywood-Vanity LLC is not responsible for damage, defects, material differences, or loss occurring after delivery to you or your freight forwarder.

If goods are damaged upon arrival, they must be refused immediately.

If you designate a freight forwarder:

You are considered the exporter
You are responsible for compliance with all U.S. export laws and the import laws of the destination country
Hollywood-Vanity LLC must not be listed on export documentation

Products exported independently may not be eligible for return.

International return labels are not issued for items sent through freight forwarders or hand carry. Prepaid return labels are valid only for U.S. domestic shipments.
