Política de reembolso

Returned products must be complete (no missing parts) and in original packaging.

IMPORTANT: ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the product(s) in new condition for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

A 15% restocking fee (20% for oversized items) will be applied to all non-defective product returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in new condition

  • The original box, packaging, and accessories (if included) must be returned

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

We advise retaining proof of postage when returning items.


RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF:

  • You return your product without proof of purchase

  • Original packaging and parts are missing

  • There are complications from order cancellation

  • The return does not meet eligibility requirements


LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Hollywood-Vanity LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is missing:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors

  2. Contact your local carrier office

  3. If still unresolved, contact us so we may assist with filing a claim (if eligible)


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • A refund minus any applicable fees (restocking fees, transaction fees, etc.) will be processed

  • A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days

If the original method of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may apply)

  3. Contact your bank (refund posting times vary)

SALE ITEMS

Certain sale items, including final sale items, may not be eligible for refunds.


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Authorization must be obtained before returning any item. Return instructions will be provided once your exchange request is approved.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

If shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

You are responsible for retaining and taking reasonable care of products in your possession until returned.

We reserve the right to charge reasonable costs for recovering products not returned properly.

For freight-shipped items:
Customers are responsible for freight shipping costs to and from our facility if repair is required.
