HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY:
Impressions Vanity offers an extended return policy for the holidays. Purchases made online or in-store are eligible for returns (Excludes Holiday Mystery Box). Orders placed from November 1st, 2024 thru December 31st, 2024 can be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase before January 31st, 2025.
*Returned products must be complete (no missing parts) and in its original packaging.
IMPORTANT: ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return the product(s) in new condition for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A 15% (20% for oversized items) restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective product returns. All shipping on returns is paid for by the purchaser.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition with the original box, packing and accessories, if included. We also advise you to retain proof of post.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot cancel/refund your purchase when:
- You return your product without proof of purchase
- Original complete packaging and parts are missing
- Complications from order cancellation
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, If you are approved, a refund minus any applicable fees (e.g., restocking, transaction fees) will be processed , and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 – 10 business days.
If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Certain conditions may qualify for partial refunds, such as items not returned in original condition or items returned outside the eligible timeframe.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Some sale items (such as final sale items) are not eligible to be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@hollywood-vanity.com. to get authorization and return postage. We will provide you with more information when your exchange is authorized.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of the product(s) in your possession.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our costs of recovering the product(s) if you do not return them at our expense.
Return Freight Shipping-Customer will incur cost of FREIGHT shipping to and from our facility for returned freight shipped items if repair is needed.
